Lingering floral notes, a creamy middle and savory herb notes dominate this unique Portuguese variety. Our “Cobra” has developed a loyal following. This extra virgin olive oil is ideal for all applications, dipping bread, roasting chicken, sautéing vegetables and in salad dressings. Cobrancosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a higher biophenol content which lends to the peppery burn and delicious flavor of this varietal.
This olive oil pairs nicely with many of our balsamic vinegars, like our Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic.
