Avocado Mango Salad


Ingredients:

1/4 cup chopped red onion
4 medium tomatoes quartered
1 mango peeled and diced
1 avocado peeled and diced
1 tablespoon Jalapeño Balsamic Vinegar
5 tablespoons fresh lime juice, and lime slices for garnish
1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped, plus extra for garnish
salt to taste

Products You Will Need:
Jalapeno White Balsamic
Persian Lime Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions:
Combine onion, tomatoes, mango, avocado and lime juice in a large bowl and mix gently. Add Jalapeño Balsamic Vinegar and Lime Olive Oil, salt and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 20 minutes giving flavors time to blend. Remove from refrigerator, add cilantro and mix. Place in a colorful bowl and garnish with slices of lime and cilantro sprigs.
