2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda + 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
2 cups boiling water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease the the bottoms and sides of a 9x13 inch pan with Blood Orange or (2) 8" round cake pans.
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add oil and hot water, mix until incorporated. Add eggs one at a time. Mix on low speed.
Do not over mix.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 Minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Cupcakes- Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, fill cupcake papers 2/3 full.
Mini Cupcakes- Bake at 350 8-10 minutes, 1 heaping Tbsp batter into mini-cupcake paper. Bake until
tester comes out clean.
Ice with desired icing once cooled.
