Easy Healthy Baked Kale Chips
2 heads curly-leaf kale
2 Tbsp Evergreen's Harissa or Tuscan Olive Oil
Sea salt, to taste
Tear the kale into bite-size pieces with your fingers or you make cut with a knife.
Toss with the Evergreen olive oil and lay on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
Serve or store in an airtight container. Snack on instead of chips or add to a meal.
