Hot Enough Harissa Spicy Chili

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 cup chopped onion
1 (29 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1(15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp unrefined sugar(to cut acidity)
1 clove garlic
1-2 Tbsp chili powder, to taste
1 tsp. cumin
2 Tbsp. Evergreen's Harissa Olive Oil
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
salt and pepper

Harissa Infused Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions:
Add ground beef or turkey to a large saucepan and brown. Drain excess fat. Add Evergreen's Harissa olive oil, onion, garlic and green pepper; continue cooking until vegetables are cooked through.
Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 1-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
