Mom's Memorable Olive Oil Bread
3 cups all purpose flour
1 package bread yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp Evergreen's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp salt
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water

Preheat the oven to 375°F, Thoroughly grease two standard (9x5) loaf pans with olive oil.
Start with dissolving 1 pack yeast in 1/4 cup warm water with a tbsp of sugar.
In a large stainless steel bowl, combine sugar, olive oil, salt, and boiling water until dissolved. Add the cup of cold water.
Add 3 cups flour to the water mixture and then add in the dissolved yeast. Stir with wooden spoon until incorporated.
Add 2 cups of flour slowly.
Knead 10 minutes, adding flour as needed until dough is soft and elastic.
Place dough in to a greased bowl, let rise until doubled or when touched lightly does not spring back and leaves an indentation. Form loaves, let rise above edge of pan. Bake 25-30 minutes.
