3 tablespoons Evergreen's Peach Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon Evergreen's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt and pepper to taste
Peach Balsamic Glazed Chicken, In a bowl, mix Peach Balsamic, brown sugar, and mustard. Heat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush with some extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper both sides. Place chicken on grill, cook approximately five to ten minutes on each side, or until cooked through, or a thermometer inserted in the thickest part of meat registers 160 degrees.
One minute before chicken is done, brush the peach glaze on your chicken.
Serve immediately with your favorite salad with peach balsamic and olive oil.
