Raw Asparagus
Equal part of Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil

Products You Will Need:
Oregano White Balsamic
Lemon Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions:
Arrange ribbons of raw asparagus and thinly sliced shallots on a plate.

In a small cup, combine equal parts of Evergreen's Lemon olive oil and white balsamic vinegar.

Drizzle the vinaigrette over the asparagus.

Top it off with shavings of Grana Padano.
