Ingredients for Tuscan White Bean Dip:
(2) 15 oz cans Cannellini Beans Rinse & Drain
1/3 Cup Parsley
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Tsp Lemon juice
Salt and Pepper
1/3 Cup Evergreen's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend well. Season more to taste then drizzle more Tuscan Herb Olive oil over the top before serving.
Serve with a hardy cracker or pretzel sticks. This dip keeps well in the fridge for several days. This bean dip can also be used as a spread for a sandwich, instead of mayonnaise.
